About Us

 

We use no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, but rely on the arid climate of Prince Edward County and  fractured limestone over Half Moon Bay to produce quality grapes.

 

Our mission is to produce Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris with minimal intervention, to allow the wine to express the local terroir .

 

Our 2007 Pinot Noir has been barrel ageing for 15 months in a mixture of French and American oak, offering a distinct character and flavor. It will be released in the spring of 2009.

 

Our 2007 Pinot Gris reflects the elements of the soil in which the grapes where born. It has been tank and bottle aged and will also be released in the spring of 2009
